The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Courts, New Delhi to expedite the trial in the case bearing MT No. 414/2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition under Section 125 CrPC filed by the respondent is pending since 2017. 3.

He further submits that the said Court has already awarded interim maintenance in the year 2019 to the extent of Rs.60,000/- payable to the respondent and the children and in compliance of the said order the petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs. 17 Lakhs. 4.

It is also submitted that at one stage the MoU was also signed between the parties, however, the respondent has not honoured the same. In view of the limited prayer sought, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case bearing MT. No. 414/2017.
