State Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors.], which was filed by the petitioner for virtually identical reliefs, Mr. Sulaiman Mohd. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner as stated in the said order. 2.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
