This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:
i.
"issue writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ; order or direction to respondent to conduct final assessment/examination of students admitted in fireman trade in petitioner institute in time bound manner; and/or ALTERNATIVELY ii.
issue writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to issue instruction/direction to Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana to conduct final assessment/examination of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.
Ms. Malhotra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Ms. Malhotra, learned counsel for the respondent is agreeable to conduct the examinations.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the respondent shall conduct the final assessment/examination of students admitted in fireman trade in petitioner institute expeditiously and not later than 8 weeks from today.
