This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer:

"a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to Respondents to decide the petitioner's application for correction/change of name of petitioner institution as "D.P. Chaturvedi Science, Commerce, Arts & Education College" in a time bound manner; and/or........."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and states that complete paper book is not available with the respondents. 4.
