After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same afresh on the same set of facts and circumstances before the learned Trial Court, particularly since the charge-sheet was filed on the same day as the dismissal of the last bail application filed by the applicant before the learned Trial Court, i.e. on 22.01.2026. 2.

As such, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
