The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 110/2013 of PS Jagatpuri, Delhi for offence under Section 302/307/452/34 IPC. 2.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that along with his co-accused persons, they assaulted the husband of the deceased and in the course, the deceased was given blow on head with iron rod due to which she succumbed.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to conclusion of testimony of the remaining eye witnesses namely Rahnuma, Iram, Zubair Ali, and Jitender Goel.
