The application is allowed and accordingly, the present appeal stands V > dismissed as withdrawn in view of the said settlement. Both counsels inform that another connected appeal being FAO(OS) (COMM) 322/2019, between the same parties arising out of the same impugned judgment is also pending disposal. Counsel for the appellant states that the said appeal be also permitted to be withdrawn in view of the settlement.
