After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not wish to press the present application. She, however, seeks liberty to file it afresh once the victim is examined.

She submits that since the victim is abroad, the learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the recording of her evidence. 3.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of testimony of the complainant.
