Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.100/2017 under Sections 380/448/506/34 IPC, Police Station Jagat Puri. 2.

Complainant is the sister-in-law of late husband of petitioner No.1 and the aunt of petitioners No.2 and 3. Petitioners, as per the FIR, were permitted to occupy a portion on the third floor and the remaining portion was retained by the complainant. Allegation is that the petitioners dispossessed the complainant from the remaining portion which was retained by the complainant. 3.

Petitioners as well as the complainants who are present in Court submit that they have settled their disputes and the petitioners, consequent to the settlement, have handed over the peaceful vacant BAIL APPLN. 87/2018

possession of the property to the complainant and the suit for possession filed by the complainant has already been withdrawn. 4.

By the order dated 12.01.2018 the petitioner was granted interim protection subject to joining investigation. Petitioners did join investigation as per the directions of the Court. 5.

In view of the above, the interim order is confirmed. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting officer/IO/SHO on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety to the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO/SHO.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
