This is second anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of the applicant in case F.I.R. No.206/2024 dated 15.05.2024 at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi for the offences under Sections 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 ['NDPS'].

At the very outset, the learned APP submits that the applicant is absconding and process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been executed against him and now the matter is listed before the Trial Court on 21.03.2025 for declaring him a proclaimed offender.
