At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application. However, he states that though the accused is in judicial custody for more than nine months, the charges are yet to be framed in this case. The learned Trial Court is requested to frame charges in this case within a period of one month from date.
