The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the Regular Bail Application i.e., Bail Appln. 562/2025, listed on 16.04.2025 before this Court. 2.

The learned counsel, upon instructions, submits that the bail application is to be withdrawn as the petitioner is in the process of moving a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court as the Charges have been framed.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

In view of the above, the Bail Appln. 562/2025, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
