This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, '1996 Act') seeking appointment of an Arbitrator. The dispute in the present case arises out of contract agreement dated 24th December, 2019 entered into between parties for the work of Execution of S/C & S/T bastis Fund SH: Renovation and Upgradation of Community Hall at Tank Road, Bapa Nagar in AC-23, Karol Bagh (ward no. 92, EB No. 10, Project ID 000012597). The dispute pertains to default of payments.

Vide order dated 13th February, 2024, this Court issued notice in the present petition.

Today, it is informed to the Court that the parties have, by consent, appointed Mr. Deepak Gupta, ADG, CPWD as the ld. Sole Arbitrator.
