This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 267/2023 dated 04.11.2023 under Sections 21/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at PS: Crime Branch.
