It is stated that inadvertently, the appearances of Mr. Amit Singh Chauhan, learned Amicus Curiae along with Mr. Sarwan Chauhan, Mr. Syed Hamza Ghayour, Ms. Shaima Masood and Mrs. Shikha Chauhan, learned Counsels for the Appellants, were not recorded in the Judgment dated 16.07.2025.

In view of the above, the appearances of Mr. Amit Singh Chauhan, learned Amicus Curiae along with Mr. Sarwan Chauhan, Mr. Syed Hamza Ghayour, Ms. Shaima Masood and Mrs. Shikha Chauhan, learned Counsels for the Appellants, are taken on record in the Judgment dated 16.07.2025 passed by this Court in the present appeals.
