The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] seeking quashing of FIR No. 94/2019 dated 18.03.2019, registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar, District West, New Delhi, under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and all proceedings emanating therefrom. The petition has not been filed on the basis of a settlement, but on merits of the proceedings. 2.
The present proceedings arise out of disputes between the petitioner and her husband [respondent No. 2 herein]. 3.

petitioner, states that there are various proceedings between the parties, which are on the verge of settlement before the Supreme Court in SLP (CRL.) 11334/2025 [Poonam v. Raj Kumar and Anr.]. She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to seek revival in the event the settlement does not work out. 4.
In view thereof, the present petition, alongwith pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 5.
Needless to say, this petition will not come in the way of either party filing any proceedings or seeking any orders in terms of the directions of the Supreme Court.
