Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since HMA No. 48478/2016, wherein the impugned orders dated 05.12.2024 and 09.09.2024 were passed and are under challenge before this Court vide the present petition, has been dismissed by the learned Family Court on 23.04.2025, the present petition has become infructuous. As such, he seeks to withdraw the same.
