The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs: " i .Issue direction/ order or appropriate writ including writ of mandamus or certiorari to the Respondent no.l and 2 to pay/ credit to the petitioner's bank account his complete PF entitlement! dues along with year wise statutory interest, and/or ii. Issue direction/ order or appropriate writ inter alia writ of certiorari or mandamus to the respondent no.l and 2 conduct time bound inquiry in to the petitioner's case and grant the amounts as entitled to him along with year wise statutory interest, and/or iii. inordinate and unreasonable delay, along with exemplary costs in favour of the petitioner for causing illegal harassment and agony, and/or IV. any other order or direction(s) which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner without pressing the instant writ petition on merits made an innocuous prayer to file a detailed representation/application along with copy of the instant petition before the competent authority within a period of two weeks. She further prayed that the competent authority may be directed to dispose of the representation sought to be filed by the petitioner within a period of three months.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 though opposed the present writ petition, however, does not oppose the innocuous prayed made on behalf of the petitioner seeking to file a representation before the competent authority. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.

After perusal of the record, contentions made in the petition as well as the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and no objection from the respondents, this Court is inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Thus, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation/application along with the copy of the instant petition as well as the certified copy of this order before the competent authority within a week. After receiving the detailed representation/application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the detailed representation/application The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

after hearing the petitioner and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 3 is also directed to cooperate with respondent nos. 1 and 2. 8.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
