Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for not adhering to the specific directions contained in order dated 05.11.2024 passed by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 15415/2024 whereby respondents were directed to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not yet heard anything from respondents.

Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the matter is already under active consideration and appropriate decision would be taken and would also be communicated CONT.CAS(C) 201/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

In view of the above, the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition.

However, in case the above said time-frame is not adhered to by the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition by moving appropriate application.
