% 16.07.2018 In this case, the petitioner was aggrieved by inaction of the Customs authorities. Pursuant to imports, bills of entry were furnished last year. During the pendency of the present proceedings, the respondent/Customs authorities have issued show cause notice. Consequently, further adjudication is necessary.

Under these circumstances, the petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed; all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
