This petition has been filed alleging disobedience of order dated 06th March 2024 passed by Principal Judge Family Courts, North District, Rohini, New Delhi in HMA no. 774/2017 by which respondent no.1 was directed to adhere to the schedule of visitation. 2.
By order dated 1st August 2023, it was directed that respondent nos. 2 and 3, the grandfather and the grandmother of the child will ensure that the schedule of visitation as agreed to (fourth saturday of every calendar month in children's room of Family Court, Rohini Court from 02.00 P.M. to 04:00 P.M.) to meet the mother of the child (petitioner) would be complied with, however, the same is not being done despite orders of the Family Court. The Court does not see any reason why the said orders are not complied with.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the orders be duly complied with, by respondent nos. 2 & 3. 5.
