By order dated 11.4.2019, present petition was disposed of. However, after disposal of the petition, the parties prayed that they be referred to Mediation Centre. Accordingly, parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre.

Settlement Agreement dated 26.4.2019 has also been filed on record. Parties are present in person in court today. They confirm the Settlement Agreement dated 26.4.2019, and undertake that they shall abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement and perform their respective obligations in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 3.
