Petitioners have moved the above said applications seeking direction to the respondents/contemnors to appear in person on the next date of hearing.

It is informed that the matter has, otherwise, been amicably settled on 09.09.2024 under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is also informed that despite there being such settlement, the respondents are not adhering to the terms and conditions thereof.

The next date before this Court is 11.12.2024. 4.

The applications are disposed of with the direction to respondents to appear in person on the next date of hearing so that the present petitions are, eventually, disposed of in view of the above said settlement.
