HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA

ORDER

% 10.12.2020 1 • This hearing has been held by video conferencing. 2.

The primaiy grievance of the petitioner(s) in the present batch of petitions IS that the petitions having been filed oii 05.10.2020, the same have not been listed before the learned Telecom Disputes ' Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) in spite of being mentioned for urgent listing. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitions seek urgent interim relief inasmuch as it is the case of the petitioner that the respondent no.l in each of these petitions, in spite of having Interconnection A3 Agreement(s) with the petitioner, is migrating its subscribers to the respondent no.2 without following the Interconnection Regulations. 4.

Keeping in view the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the underlying dispute between the petitioner and the respondents, the learned TDSAT is requested to list these petitions for hearing within a week of the communication of this order. The petitions shall be considered by the learned TDSAT on their own merit. 5.

The petitions are disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to cost.
