The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "UNDER THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES, STATED HEREINABOVE, IT IS, THEREFORE, MOST RESPECTFULLY PRAYED THAT THIS HON'BLE COURT MAY GRACIOUSLY BE PLEASED TO:
a) Pass an order or direction under Section 482 of the code of criminal procedure, 1973 for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court Ms Aneeza Bishnoi b) Pass an order or direction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 granting the ex-parte ad-interim release of the petitioner till the pendency of this petition. c) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the present "
