Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the evidence in the matter is proceeding before the learned Trial Court. 2.
Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner however submits that the Respondents are joint tenants, but are being represented through separate Counsel and are leading separate evidence which may lead to a delay in the decision.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, submit that they will not be taking any unnecessary adjournments in the matter before the learned Trial Court.
3.1 The Respondents are bound down to the submissions made by their counsel.

Likewise, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner also submits that they shall also not take any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the aforegoing, learned Counsel for the parties submit that this matter can be disposed of.

Accordingly, the present Petition and all pending Applications are disposed of.
