The present four petitions have been filed assailing orders dated 06.07.2024, 23.07.2024, 26.07.2024 and 02.09.2024, by which bail was granted to four accused persons in FIR No. 338/2024 dated 10.06.2024, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Having regard to the subsequent progress of the case, Ms. Vivya Nagpal, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present petitions. 3.

The aforesaid submission is made without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending criminal proceedings, and without prejudice to the petitioner's right to seek expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court. 4.

Ms. Priyanka Dalal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and learned counsel for respondent No. 2 in the aforesaid matters, state that no unnecessary adjournments shall be sought before the learned Trial Court.

The petitions, alongwith any pending applications, are disposed of in the above terms.
