The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that after the investigation, the Police has not found any offence to have been made out against the petitioner. 2.

He submits that the Police is in the process of filing a Closure Report.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case any grievance remains in future.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
