A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.418/2024 under Section 118(1), 126(2), 332(c) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar.

It is submitted that the Respondents had gone to the Restaurant of which the Petitioners were the employees, where a fight had taken place over the quality of the food. Petitioner No.3 Lovepreet Singh had bitten Ankit Kumar/Respondent No.2 during the fight. Accordingly, an FIR No. 418/2024 dated 03.10.2024 U/s 118(1), 126(2), 332(c) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, has been registered against the alleged Petitioners. 3.

other in any manner whatsoever. It is further submitted that the Settlement dated 04.12.2024 has been arrived at between the parties without any pressure, force or coercion and therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the Petitioners. He has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioners on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No.418/2024 under Section 118(1), 126(2), 332(c) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, with all the subsequent proceedings and the Chargesheet is hereby quashed qua all the Petitioners. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of.
