The petitioners vide the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seek quashing of CR CASE bearing No.3415/2022 before the learned MM, District South, Saket Court arising out of FIR No. 426/2020 under Sections 279/337/338 IPC in view of the Settlement dated 22.12.2023 arrived at between the parties. 2.

Issue notice. Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

A request for quashing of the CR CASE has been made on account of the Settlement inter se the parties. It was interalia settled between the parties that petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the respondent no. 2 as full and final amount. It is also stated that the petitioner has paid Rs. 1,00,000/- to respondent no. 2 today itself.

The parties are present before this Court in person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. Today, the complainant who is present in Court states that he has received all amounts due to him and has no objection if the case is quashed. 6.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned CR CASE and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the case in question.

Accordingly, CR CASE bearing No.3415/2022 before the learned MM, District South, Saket Court arising out of FIR No. 426/2020 under Sections 279/337/338 IPC is quashed.
