CRL.REV.P. 77/2022 has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the Ld. Judge, Family Court, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in an execution petition being EX/CRL No.4/2021 wherein the Petitioner was directed to clear the arrears in monthly instalments of Rs.20,000/- out of the total sum of Rs.1,20,000/- which was due and payable by the Petitioner as maintenance under the CRL.REV.P. 77/2022 etc.

CRL.REV.P. 639/2022 has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 13.04.2018 passed by the Ld. Judge, Family Court, NorthEast District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi fixing the interim maintenance of Rs.3,500/- per month.

Ms. Ankita Patnaik and Ms. Archana Gaur, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, were appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) to represent the Petitioner in both the petition respectively.

Since the Petitioner was not contactable and traceable, this Court had issued Court Notice to the Petitioner.

The Office Report indicates that notice could not be served because the Petitioner has passed away on 25.04.2023. The Office has placed on record the Death Certificate of the Petitioner issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi which shows that the Petitioner - Raju Alias Rajinder Kumar Sharma S/o Katar Singh has passed away on 25.04.2023 and at the time of death, the Petitioner was in Mandoli Jail, North East, Delhi - 110093 and his permanent address was H. No.470/1, Gali No.1, Bhagat Vihar, Karawal Nagar, North East, Delhi - 110094.
