Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0041/2021 under Sections 323/325/354/34 IPC, registered at Police Station: Janakpuri in view of settlement between the parties. 4.

Issue Notice.

Learned APP for State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 appear on advance Notice and accept Notice.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that all terms of the settlement have not been complied with by the Petitioner and therefore, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Respondent No.2 is not inclined to quash the FIR. 7.
