Since 5th February, 2025 was declared a Court holiday, the matters listed on 5th February, 2025 are being taken up today i.e. 6th February, 2025. 2.

Mr. Amit Jain, counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that vide order dated 16th September, 2022, the opposition No.155778 filed on behalf of the appellant has been allowed, and the trademark application No.836230 in Class 9 filed by the respondent no.1 has been dismissed. 3.

Mr. Jain has handed over the order dated 16th September, 2022 passed by the Registrar of Trade Marks in the court today. 3.1.

For good purposes and record, the registry is directed to scan a copy of the order dated 16th September, 2022 so that it remains embedded in the case file.

In view of the above, the present appeal has become infructuous, and the same is disposed of as such.
