The matter had been referred to the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 14th December, 2023 on the aspect of extent of Court Fees which is to be refunded to the plaintiff in situations where the private settlement between the parties without intervention of any ADR mechanism. It is informed that the Division Bench is seized of the matter and the next date of hearing before the Division Bench is 03rd May, 2024. 2.
