As per the Office Note, in the judgment dated 22.04.2024 inadvertently, a typographical error has occurred wherein the year of FIR has been typed as '2002' instead of '2000'.

Mr. Singh, learned APP for the State, on instructions, states that the present FIR relates to the year 2000 which has been inadvertently typed as 2002.

The error being a clerical/typographical error, the judgment dated 22.04.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and FIR No.162/2002 shall be read as FIR No.162/2000.
