The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the following reliefs: ".....

a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct and order the Respondent to produce all the documents annexed (at Document-15 ) to the present Application within one week of or such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit;

b) Pending hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, be pleased to stay the Arbitration proceedings pending between the Petitioner and the Respondent before the ICA at New Delhi;

c) For ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer (b), above; d) Any other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may consider just and expedient. e) For costs;"
