The present appeals under Clause X of the Letters Patent seek to assail the common order 07.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W. P. (C) No. 16421/2023 and W.P.(C) No. 15161/2023. 4.
After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that instead of pressing the present appeals, the appellant will move a fresh application before the learned Single Judge for seeking appropriate directions.

The present appeals along with pending applications are accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.

It is, however, made clear that in case the appellant moves a fresh application before the learned Single Judge, the same will be considered on its own merits.
