This application has been filed by learned counsel for the now deceased petitioner requesting that the revision petition be disposed of as abated since the petitioner/tenant passed away on 21.10.2022 leaving behind no legal representatives and much earlier, on 16.12.2021 possession of the subject premises was restored during execution proceedings to the respondent/landlord. The application is accompanied with affidavit of sister of the now deceased petitioner as well as a copy of death certificate of the petitioner reflecting his date of death.

The application is allowed and accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of as abated.
