The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, impugns the Order dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. By way of the impugned Order, the learned Family Court has directed the Appellant to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 20,000/- each to his Respondent-wife and to his two minor children (in total Rs. 60,000/-).

The Appellant herein, who is serving as Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy, is engaged as a pilot, and draws an average monthly income of Rs. 1,50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the Appellant relies upon the photographs of the house of the parents of the Appellant in the village, while contending that the standard of living of his parents is below average. 4.

Be that as it may, the Appellant does not dispute that his monthly income, on average, is not less than Rs. 1,50,000/- per month. 5.

In such circumstances, the court finds that there is no ground to interfere. Hence, the present Appeal is dismissed. 6.

Accordingly, the present Appeal, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
