This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the learned Arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and pass the award. 5.

It is stated by Mr Wadhwa, learned counsel for the respondent that there was a delay in conclusion of pleadings on account of change in the Arbitrator.
