By way of this petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which has entered into reference pursuant to an order dated 28.10.2021, passed by this Court in ARB.P. 584/2021. 2.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has been extended by consent of learned counsel for the parties, and has expired on 17.01.2024. 3.

I am informed that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of crossexamination of the respondent's witness. 4.

Ms. Shivee Pandey, learned counsel, enters appearance on behalf of the respondent on advance notice, and submits that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.
