The prayer made in the instant writ petition is as under: <a. Direct that the Petitioner's claim against Respondent No. 2 bearing Case No. DL/10/S/NDC/01213 filed before the Respondent No. 1 shall stand referred to arbitration under a sole arbitrator appointed by this Hon'ble Court, and appoint an arbitrator for the same; and b. In the alternative, grant liberty to the Petitioner to withdraw the case filed against Respondent No. 2 before the Respondent No. 1 with liberty to pursue other appropriate legal proceedings including but not limited to a civil suit, summary suit or arbitration proceedings.= The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 3, on instructions, submits that on account of reshuffling of the departments certain delay has occasioned. He however submits that the appropriate decision on application under Section 18(3) of the Micro, Small and Medicum Enterprises Development Act, 2006 [MSME Act] shall be taken by the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

His statement is taken on record.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to revisit the Court, in case the order is not passed within a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
