O R D E R

% 25.04.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions, undertakes that the appellant shall vacate the suit premises within a period of 10 weeks, i.e., on or before 12th July, 2024. He further undertakes to pay the admitted rent to the respondent on or before 7th day of every month of English Calendar and that the arrears of rent shall be paid in two equal installments with the first installment to be paid on or before 7th May, 2024 and the second installment shall be paid on or before 7th June, 2024 along with the admitted monthly rent.

In terms of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions, the matter is disposed of. The appellant be bound by the undertaking given on his behalf.
