Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2025 has been placed on record.

In light of the aforesaid settlement, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal any further. 3.

The appeal is, alongwith accompanying application, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed by making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the said settlement agreement. 4.

Taking into account that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties at the very initial stage, we direct that 75% of the Court Fee be refunded to the appellant.
