This petition has been filed under Section 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, seeking production of daughter of the petitioner who was alleged to have been kidnapped by the respondent no. 2 on 24.01.2026.

Ms. Harshita Kumari had appeared before us on 23.03.2026 and even today. She states that she is staying with the respondent no. 2 out of her own free will and volition.
