The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this Court notes that the applicant is in judicial custody since 5 years 9 months. This Court also notes that the victim has alleged in his case that he has suffered 100% blindness due to the alleged shooting in his eyes by the present applicant.
