The present petition seeks following reliefs: "1.
Direct the respondents to de-seal the property/flat of the petitioner bearing no. Flat No. 06, Third Floor, Plot No. D1-3/5, Palam Kunj, Palam Extension, Sector-07, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 which was sealed by DRI officials vide summon Book No. 167, Serial No. 8317, and Panchnama dated 02.09.2022 2.
Direct the respondent no. 2 to pay a compensation amounting of Rs. 4,35,000/- (Rs. 15,000/- X 29 months) as a loss of rental income from the date of sealing of the property/flat till date and onwards." 2.
Mr. Satish Aggarwala, Sr. Standing Counsel for DRI/ R-2, states that the property bearing Flat No. 06, Third Floor, Plot No. D1-3/5, Palam Kunj, Palam Extension, Sector-07, Dwarka has been de-sealed by Directorate of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Revenue Intelligence, a fact which is duly acknowledged by counsel for Petitioner. Thus, the first relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous.

As regards the second relief is concerned, counsel for Petitioner very fairly states that he may be permitted to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies before the Civil Court to seek compensation from Respondents on account of loss suffered due to action of Respondents. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.

It is clarified that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case. If the Petitioner were to file a civil case for seeking compensation, the same shall be examined on its own merits, in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the parties to that extent are left open.
