Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel submits that in view of the changes made in the allocation of districts, the request of the petitioner will have to be considered by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shakarpur Basti ('SDM'). 2.

It is, therefore, directed that the petition of the petitioner be treated as a representation on his behalf and the same be decided by the concerned SDM with due expedition. Let a speaking order be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed today. 3.

It be noted that if there is no SDM, let the Chief Secretary to look into the said aspect and to make immediate arrangement for the same. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
