This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to issue Marksheets and Certificates of Class Xth and XIIth alongwith other necessary documents of the Petitioner;

(ii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to compensate the Petitioner for the loss of current academic session;

(iii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to penalize the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Respondent No. 3 for spoiling the future of the Petitioner or..."

The case of the petitioner is that the respondent No. 3 is not releasing the Class X and Class XII certificates of the petitioner, over false fees due.

Mr. Vashisht, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent No. 3 and states that the petitioner is in arrears of the fee dues. 4.

With consent of parties, it is directed that the petitioner and the respondent No. 3 shall appear before the concerned Assistant Director of Department of Education on 30.03.2026 at 11:30 a.m. and the concerned officer will calculate the fee due and payable by the petitioner.

Mr. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make the said payment as determined by the Assistant Director.

In the meanwhile, the respondent No. 3, shall release the Class X and Class XII certificates of the petitioner immediately. 7.

As far as the prayer for compensation to the petitioner for loss of academic session is concerned, the petitioner will have to file a civil suit seeking damages and may do so.
