After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she would be left with no grievance if DDA is requested to W.P.(C) 1682/2024 & W.P.(C) 2062/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. consider the above said recommendations in a time-bound manner. 3.
It is also apprised that these recommendations were sent to DDA by the concerned SDM way back on 19.06.2024.
4.
Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that DDA now, merely, has to consider the above said recommendations sent by concerned SDM, both the above said writ petitions are disposed of with the direction to consider the recommendation given by the concerned SDM, preferably, within eight weeks from today. 5.
Needless to say, petitioner would be at liberty to revive the petitions, in case, they are aggrieved by the outcome of such decision of DDA. 6.
